General Information

• Hours:
  Monday through Thursday afternoons & evenings.
• Personally designed programs that are educational as well as fun
• Both half-hour and hour lessons are available
• Lessons are weekly and will be scheduled for the same time and day each week
• Lessons are based upon age, interest and level of the student
  
  Lesson Payment:
  All lessons are paid, in full, ( $13 per 1/2 hour lesson ) one month in advance on the first week of each month. Please make arrangement for payment during this first week even if the student does not attend this lesson. Some months will have four lessons others five. Please check the calendar for the number of lessons to be paid each month. Payment schedule for half-hour lessons are:

• Months that have four lessons: $52.00
• Months that have five lessons: $65.00

The above monthly payments are charged in full regardless of the number of lessons attended.

Additional Information:

• The Instructor is not responsible for teaching missed lessons. If scheduling permits, make-up times may be scheduled
• Make-up lessons or credit will be given only upon the consent of the instructor. (If a credit is given, the remaining balance will still be due the first week of the month).
• New students who do not begin lessons on the first week of the month must pay in advance for the remaining weeks of the month at $13.00 per half-hour lesson.
• Any exceptions to these policies must be approved by Dave Keller.
